The Tejes Project

This covered porch project was designed to maximize comfort and usability throughout the seasons. Featuring a combination of heating and screening solutions, the space offers the perfect balance of warmth, protection, and openness. We installed a mix of gas and electric Bromic Heaters to ensure consistent, efficient heat in all conditions. To enclose the space, retractable screen systems were added, including vertical retractable Talius screens and a Vistaview horizontal screen system from Wizard Screens, allowing for flexible coverage and easy access. Together, these elements create a fully functional outdoor living area that provides shade, airflow, bug protection, and year round comfort.
